Challenges
The client, Glasstique—a luxury eyewear brand in Hong Kong—wanted to create a Pokemon Go-style gaming experience for its annual Halloween campaign in its Shanghai brick-and-mortar stores. However, the project faced tight time constraints and a limited budget, making development and in-store configuration a significant challenge.
Solutions
We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
